NEW WATER APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP1: Customer Picks or Downloads and Fills new water applications form.
STEP2: Customer delivers the filled form and all required attachments (as specified in the form) to our offices.
STEP3: A MAVWASCO water technician visits the customer premises for evaluation
STEP4: The Evaluated application goes through an approval process and a quotation is given to the customer (customer is notified through a phone call once approval is complete).
STEP5: Customer pays the amounts as per the quotation.
STEP6: A MAVWASCO water technician connects and tests the new
NOTE: The customer bears the cost of trenching and backfilling. Pipes, Fittings and Meter is supplied by MAVWASCO
NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT ILLEGAL CONNECTION ATTRACTS A HEAVY PENALTY

STEP2: Customer delivers the filled form and all required attachments (as specified in the form) to our offices.
STEP3: A MAVWASCO Sewer technician visits the customer premises for evaluation
STEP4: The Evaluated application goes through an approval process and a quotation is given to the customer (customer is notified through a phone call once approval is complete).
STEP5: Customer pays the amounts as per the quotation.
STEP6: A MAVWASCO Sewer technician supervises the sewer connection to the specified manhole
NOTE: For Sewer Connections the customer buys and fits the specified Pipes, only sewer connection charge is paid to MAVWASCO.
