CURRENT BILLING TARRIFS (2023/2024 to 2025/2026)

^{WATER TARRIF STRUCTURE}

^{1. Domestic/Residential}

^{2. Government Institutions}

^{3. Commercial/Industrial}

^{4. Schools/Colleges/Universities}

Multi-Dwelling Units: Ksh 152 per m3

Water kiosks: Ksh 50 per m³

^{SEWERAGE TARIFF STRUCTURE:}

^{(a) Customers with water connection}

 ^{1. Charged at 75% of water volume billed at the tariff for water.}

^{2. Disconnected water accounts charged based on the average of the last three months sewer charges before disconnection.}

^{(b) Customers Without a water connection}

 ^{1. Single room with approximate consumption of 2m3 charged at Ksh 180 per month.}

^{2. One and two-bedroom with approximate consumption of 5m3 charged at Ksh 450 per month.}

^{3. Three bedroom units with approximate consumption above 8m3 charged at Ksh 742 per month.}

^{4. All other categories 75 % of the volume of water consumed as per the metered source of water.}
