1) TO QUERY YOUR BILL VIA MOBILE PHONE
SEND the word MAVOKO followed by your CONNECTION No. e.g MAVOKO 02030 to 31155.
NB: put a single space between MAVOKO and the account number.
2) TO ACCESS YOUR BILL INFORMATION ONLINE (THROUGH OUR WEBSITE)
Click on the link CHECK YOUR BILL ONLINE at the bottom section of of website or open this link CHECK BILL INFO
ACCOUNT NO: Enter your water/sewer connection number
PASSWORD: Enter the mobile telephone number registered with us
once successfully logged in you can see your out standing bill balance, your meter reading history and you can print a copy bill from the billing details tab
3) DISCONNECTION NOTIFICATIONS
All customers with outstanding bill balances will get an automatic disconnection notice through SMS three(3) days before the bill date due. After this your water will be disconnected without any further notice if full payment is not done
